A Brand Built to Win Multi-Million Dollar Projects

Coast Remedial Solutions (CRS) is a licensed remedial building company specialising in concrete cancer repair, structural remediation and waterproofing across South East Queensland and Northern NSW. Salt delivered a complete brand, content and web design project from scratch in 8 weeks, giving CRS a digital presence that matches the scale of the work they deliver.

At a glance

  • Industry: Remedial construction
  • Location: South East Queensland and Northern NSW
  • Services: Web design, WordPress development, photography, videography, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media management
  • Turnaround: Eight weeks

The Challenge

Coastal buildings take a beating. Salt air, moisture and age drive concrete cancer, spalling and water ingress through apartment blocks and commercial buildings from the Gold Coast to Byron Bay. CRS saw a massive gap in the market for a remedial builder that does this work properly, with process and accountability.

Their old website held them back:

  • The brand failed to reflect a company capable of multi-million dollar remediation projects
  • There was no professional imagery of their team, sites or completed work
  • Services were scattered and hard for clients to navigate
  • Copy missed the people who actually make the decisions: strata managers and body corporate committees
  • Trust signals were thin in an industry where choosing the wrong contractor is a costly mistake

The Strategy

Remedial construction is high risk and high value. Decisions pass through strata managers, building managers, engineers and owners committees, and once a contractor earns their trust, that contractor tends to win all the work at the building. Every decision we made was built around earning that trust at first glance.

  • Position CRS as a partner. We built the brand story around process and discipline, the two qualities decision makers need to see before signing off on a major project.
  • Speak to decision makers. Copy was written for strata managers, body corporate committees, building managers and engineers, using the language they use.
  • Prove capacity with real work. Original photography and video from live sites show the scale and quality of CRS projects.
  • Make credentials visible. QBCC, NSW builder and DBP body corporate licences sit front and centre.
  • Attract building owners directly. The site was built to generate direct enquiries and reduce reliance on competitive tendering.

What Salt Did

Photography and videography

Salt captured on-site photography and videography across active CRS projects, including drone footage, crews at work and finished results. This gave CRS a library of authentic content for the website, ads and social.

Web design and development

We designed the site from scratch in Figma and developed it in WordPress, launching in eight weeks.

  • Consolidated every service into clear, structured service pages
  • Simplified the user flow around the CRS process: Consult, Investigate, Advise, Deliver
  • Tailored every page for strata and body corporate audiences
  • Built trust through licence details, team profiles and project case studies
  • Placed clear enquiry pathways on every page

Performance and social

With the foundation in place, we launched Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, then refined lead forms to qualify enquiries by job size and property type. Salt now manages CRS’s social media, using the content we captured to keep their brand in front of the market.

The Result

CRS now has a brand and website that stand alongside the biggest names in remedial construction and back up the scale of projects they quote.

  • Full brand, content and website delivered in eight weeks
  • A professional platform positioning CRS to pursue major commercial and strata projects
  • Paid campaigns generating enquiries from day one, with qualification built in to focus on larger work
  • An ongoing partnership across social media and paid advertising

Frequently asked questions about Salt's marketing services

Book a Strategy Call
What does Salt Agency actually do?

Salt is a performance and creative marketing agency in Brisbane. Salt builds the strategy, produces the creative, runs the media and reports on what it earned. One team owns the concept and the result.

What marketing services does Salt offer?

Websites, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, organic social, photography and video, branding and design, and fractional CMO. CRM setup, tracking and landing pages are delivered inside wider engagements.

What size businesses does Salt work with?

Established businesses, typically mid-market to enterprise, with a committed marketing budget and a growth target attached. Salt keeps a short client list so every engagement gets senior attention.

Am I locked into a long contract?

Retainers run month to month. Website builds are project based with a fixed scope and a fixed price.

Who will I be working with day to day?

One account manager as the single point of contact, with the specialists delivering the work reachable directly. Decisions are made in hours.

How much does marketing with Salt cost?

Retainers start at $2,480+GST per month and website builds range heavily. Final investment depends on scope, channels and pace. Every proposal carries a fixed price with deliverables itemised.

Is Salt a performance agency or a creative agency?

Both, and the two are inseparable at Salt. Creative that cannot be measured and media with nothing worth running are equally ineffective. The same team owns both.

Does Salt only work with Brisbane businesses?

Salt is based in Albion, Brisbane, and works with clients across Australia. Discovery and strategy run in person for Brisbane clients and remotely elsewhere.

How long until I see results?

Paid search and paid social typically produce measurable results inside the first month. SEO compounds over six to twelve months. Every engagement reports on the first Tuesday of the month.

What happens after the first call?

Salt audits the accounts, website and competitors before a proposal is written. The findings are handed over either way. A proposal follows with fixed pricing and scope itemised.
